🏢 The Role:

This is a newly created Territory Manager position covering Benelux and Denmark, focusing on Medical Devices. You'll be part of the European sales team, reporting to the Regional Business Manager – North Europe. This field-based role will involve working with hospitals, particularly in operating rooms and delivery suites. You'll support the transition of newly acquired and established products, as well as launching new ones. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a growing team and help shape our sales success in EMEA.

🎯 What You'll Do:

• Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Increase sales by understanding market dynamics and customer needs.
• Communicate, sell, and promote CooperSurgical's gynecology and obstetrics products to key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and decision-making.

💪 What We're Looking For:

• Education: Scientific degree, nursing background, or clinical specialist experience.
• Experience: 3-5 years in field sales, with operating room sales experience a plus.
• Skills: Tactical, structured, goal-oriented, strong communication and collaboration skills, entrepreneurial mindset, business acumen, stakeholder management.
• Languages: Fluent English and Dutch are required.

While not required, these skills would be beneficial: Experience launching new products in the market and acquiring new customers.
