We're a family-owned business supplying top-notch car care and industrial products across the US. We work with everyone from auto parts stores and dealerships to individual truckers and detailers. We're looking for someone passionate about the automotive industry and eager to succeed in sales!

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and carry out a sales plan to smash annual sales targets.
  • Grow our customer base with existing and new product offerings.
  • Track sales progress and follow through on plans with the Business Manager.
  • Give engaging sales presentations to customers and distributors.
  • Manage key client accounts and coordinate all other accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors.
  • Manage sales relationships and keep everyone in the loop on programs and events.
  • Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers.
  • Verify order accuracy before and after delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow all transportation laws and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Prepare delivery-related reports and documents.

🚀 What We're Looking For:

  • Ability to travel up to 80%, valid driver's license, and clean driving record.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Proven success working independently in sales.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Experience forecasting sales and building a customer base.
  • Strong judgment, creative problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Understanding of customer service principles, including needs assessment and satisfaction evaluation.

Additional Information:

  • This is a commission-based role with an initial guaranteed base pay.
  • You must live in or near Northwest Iowa, Southeast South Dakota, or Southwest Minnesota.
