We're searching for a high-energy, self-motivated Inside Sales Account Manager to expand our client base. You'll introduce our solutions to existing customers, building long-term relationships. You'll be part of a dynamic team, managing, growing, and expanding a current customer book of business. Success means organizing, prioritizing, and engaging with your customers effectively.
ResponsibilitiesΒ π―
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, YOY growth, and KPIs.
- Actively manage and engage with assigned customers.
- Build business relationships to sell software, services, and related solutions.
- Identify client needs and opportunities to improve productivity with IMAGINiT offerings.
- Lead account strategy sessions with internal teams.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals.
- Increase IMAGINiT's industry visibility using sales tools and social media.
- Collaborate across Rand Worldwide to secure business.
- Create and execute territory and targeted account plans.
- Use Salesforce for activity documentation, proposals, orders, and sales forecasting.
- Engage in continuous personal training and development.
- Demonstrate a proven customer growth and expansion mindset with a successful sales track record.
QualificationsΒ πͺ
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (3-5 years preferred).
- Proven ability to manage the entire sales process to closure.
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple internal and external teams and resources.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and CRM proficiency.
- A willingness to learn and a desire for improvement.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Year 1 Total Compensation (base + commission):Β $75,000 - $125,000
