🏢 The Role: Quality Assurance Engineer


As a QA Engineer at Tiko, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of their impactful digital platform. You'll be responsible for validating user paths and contributing to the overall quality of their services.


🎯 Responsibilities:


  • Quality Assurance Processes: Establish and maintain QA standards and processes within your team, fostering a quality-first mindset.
  • Agile Practices: Participate actively in agile methodologies, contributing to iterative improvements.
  • Documentation: Create clear, concise, and reusable documentation for testing processes and results.
  • Testing: Execute both manual and automated tests, analyzing results, and communicating findings constructively to the development team. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.
  • Collaboration: Actively participate in meetings and projects, coordinating effectively with team members. Continuously develop your skills and stay updated on industry advancements.

💪 Requirements:


  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a QA Software Engineer.
  • Testing Expertise: Proven experience in both manual and automated testing.
  • Test Planning: Ability to create detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Automation Tools: Experience with automated testing tools and framework implementation (experience with JavaScript, Selenium, Postman, and Appium is a plus!).
  • Prioritization: Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Location: Based in Portugal (mandatory).
  • Language: Fluent in English.
