About Peoplique Peoplique is looking for a passionate and skilled Trainer to join our team.

The Role As a Trainer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs centered around Project Management and Leadership topics. You will assess training needs, create customized materials, and provide high-quality instruction to enhance participants' knowledge, skills, and performance.

What You'll Do

  • Conceptualise and develop training materials based on data and research.
  • Deliver training sessions utilizing newly created resources.
  • Evaluate participants' progress and learning outcomes.
  • Assess training requirements, conduct surveys and interviews, and meticulously manage the collected data.

What We're Looking For

  • Certified trainer or naturally gifted public speaker.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in delivering at least 10 training courses.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with technologies and best practices for creating instructional materials and utilizing various teaching platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals of all levels and ages.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
