About Peoplique Peoplique is looking for a passionate and skilled Trainer to join our team.
The Role As a Trainer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs centered around Project Management and Leadership topics. You will assess training needs, create customized materials, and provide high-quality instruction to enhance participants' knowledge, skills, and performance.
What You'll Do
- Conceptualise and develop training materials based on data and research.
- Deliver training sessions utilizing newly created resources.
- Evaluate participants' progress and learning outcomes.
- Assess training requirements, conduct surveys and interviews, and meticulously manage the collected data.
What We're Looking For

Certified trainer or naturally gifted public speaker.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Proven experience in delivering at least 10 training courses.

Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Google Workspace.

Experience with technologies and best practices for creating instructional materials and utilizing various teaching platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals of all levels and ages.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
