The Role:
As a Training Executive, you'll be a brand ambassador for ZO Skin Health, Inc., responsible for promoting our products and philosophy. You'll build relationships with current and potential clients, support Account Executives, and deliver engaging training sessions. This is a fully remote position, but requires significant travel.
Responsibilities:
- 🤝 Partner with management and sales teams to achieve company goals.
- 🗓️ Collaborate with Account Executives to create monthly support plans for new and existing accounts.
- 🎉 Support patient events.
- 🗣️ Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- 🎤 Deliver engaging presentations to both small and large audiences, both in-person and virtually.
- 🚗 Travel up to 80%, including daily trips, flights, and overnight stays.
- 📊 Communicate feedback and provide regular reports to sales and training teams.
- 💼 Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:

Required:
- 📜 Current esthetician license.
- 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- 🗣️ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- 🎤 Comfort presenting to large groups.
- 💼 Professional appearance.
- 💪 Ability to lift 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- 🚗 Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
