💼 The Role

ProSidian is looking for a Transportation Safety Program Manager to lead a survey project focused on enhancing road safety and minimizing the risks of impaired driving. This role will be pivotal in a research initiative that aims to make a real difference in public safety.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • 🤝 Lead the strategic planning and daily management of the research project, ensuring it meets NHTSA's goals and deadlines.
  • 🗓️ Organize and facilitate virtual kickoff meetings with NHTSA and ProSidian's engagement team.
  • 🤝 Encourage collaboration between teams to develop a detailed work plan with milestones and deadlines.
  • 🤝 Bridge any differences between NHTSA's requirements and ProSidian's approach.
  • 📊 Oversee the preparation of materials, sampling strategies, web survey hosting, data collection, and report generation.
  • 📜 Secure necessary approvals (OMB, IRB, Federal privacy office) before starting data collection.

🎓 What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of program or project management experience, ideally within transportation, public health, or research.
  • Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills to guide and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Experience managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders, adhering to deadlines and deliverables.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with research project regulations (IRB protocols, data privacy).
  • Tools: Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, or JIRA.
