The Role: Treasury Director 💼
As our Treasury Director, you'll be a key player in shaping and executing our department's strategy. You'll manage daily operations, collaborating with various teams to expertly handle our company's liquidity. Your responsibilities include enhancing our cash flow forecasting, optimizing our investment portfolio, and overseeing debt management and claim payment processes, all while adhering to relevant regulations. You'll also mentor and guide the Treasury team, acting as a strategic leader and trusted advisor.
What You'll Do:
- Develop, manage, and improve our complex cash flow forecasting process and related analyses.
- Oversee regulatory compliance for claim payments, including prompt pay and unclaimed property rules.
- Select, negotiate, and monitor investment options based on market data, broker relationships, and our liquidity needs. You'll present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage debt reporting, repayments, covenant compliance, and forecast repayment schedules and interest costs.
- Partner with various business units to cultivate and manage our banking and investment partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships, becoming a go-to expert and trusted advisor.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency across the Treasury department and related areas.
- Mentor, coach, and develop the Treasury team, providing both strategic and daily guidance.
What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of Treasury, Accounting, or Finance experience. 5+ years of leadership/people management experience. Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.

Highly Desired Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, proven success in building and managing business partnerships (internal and external), ability to provide strategic guidance and leadership, demonstrated financial, accounting, liquidity management, and investment management skills, advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).

Bonus Points: MBA, CTP, CPA, or CMA certification.
Physical Demands:
This role primarily involves sitting, using hands to handle or feel objects, talking, and hearing. Occasional standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting (up to 25 pounds) may be required.
Reporting Structure:
You'll report to an Assistant Vice President in our Finance department.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $125,200 - $200,000 (based on experience, skills, and location; may vary by up to 8%).
