Our international client, with over 14,000 employees in Portugal, is seeking talented Turkish speakers for Customer Support positions!

This hybrid role is a great opportunity, even for recent graduates, to gain valuable international experience.

What You'll Do

As a Back-Office Specialist, you'll be responsible for resolving complex online order issues. Your goal is to quickly resolve problems, from order placement to delivery.

You'll work closely with partners to tackle challenging situations, keeping customers informed through phone calls and emails, and meticulously maintain SAP records, ensuring compliance with established protocols.

What We're Looking For

  • Must-Haves:
    • Native Turkish speaker with at least a B2 level of English.
    • Valid EU Passport or a residency permit in Portugal.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule.
    • Access to a personal laptop or desktop.
  • Nice-to-Have:
    • Some familiarity with SAP.
