🤔 What You'll Do
As a leader on our UX team, you'll collaborate with strategists, designers, and researchers to shape end-to-end experiences and guide our strategic direction. You're a creative thinker with a passion for tackling interesting and complex user and customer challenges.
🎯 The Role
You'll be responsible for strategic UX activities, connecting customer and associate experiences. You'll focus on the biggest challenges across different areas of the business and have the flexibility to lead in various capacities—whether as a strategist, service designer, information architect, creative director, or project lead.

Experience: 8+ years working with agile software development teams is a plus.

⚙️ Responsibilities

Delivery & Execution (35%): You'll model and ensure consistency in deliverables across different areas, lead synthesis and facilitation, and deliver UX strategy artifacts (experience maps, service blueprints, etc.).

People (20%): You'll develop and mentor UX professionals, helping UX leadership align resources based on skills and product team needs. You'll also be involved in attracting, retaining, developing, and motivating top talent.

Strategy & Planning (45%): You'll partner with product, development, and business stakeholders across multiple areas, driving UX practices and vision. You'll use user research to clearly communicate experiences and align solutions across the customer journey.

Reports To: Typically reports to a Technology Director or Senior Director.

Management: You might manage 2-5 principals or individual contributors.

Travel: You may need to travel overnight less than 10% of the time.

Salary: The pay range for this position is between $180,000 - $280,000 (for residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Nevada, New York City, Ithaca (NY), Westchester County (NY), and Washington).
