The Role 🧑⚕️
As a Veterinary Implementation Consultant, you'll be instrumental in installing and implementing CUBEX hardware and software solutions in veterinary practices across the US. You'll train veterinary teams, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate with a fantastic team. This role offers significant travel opportunities, allowing you to make a real impact on the veterinary community while advancing your career.
What You'll Do 🛠️
- Lead the implementation of CUBEX hardware and software solutions in veterinary practices.
- Manage on-site and remote installations.
- Conduct engaging and thorough staff training sessions.
- Provide technical support, workflow audits, and best-practice recommendations.
- Use video conferencing for remote training.
- Coordinate internally with the Integration Team and Account Managers.
- Participate in strategy and process development for pre-, during, and post-implementation support.
- Identify and escalate customer challenges to the Professional Services and Sales Teams.
- Provide written and verbal reports on implementation progress, training outcomes, successes, and challenges to clients and the internal CUBEX team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience conducting Microsoft Teams/Zoom meetings.
- 2+ years of experience in veterinary, medical, or healthcare roles.
- Software implementation and/or inventory management experience.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish, French, German preferred; other languages valued).
- Knowledge of SaaS-based inventory management solutions.
- Data interpretation, manipulation, and management skills in Excel.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
- Knowledge of GuideCX Onboarding Software.
- Veterinary certification (RVT, LVT, CVT).
- Inventory management certification or equivalent experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
Location & Travel:
- Remote position within 1 hour of a major US airport.
- Preference for candidates in Phoenix, AZ; Salt Lake City, UT; Denver, CO; Chicago, IL; Detroit, MI; Orlando, FL; or Charlotte, NC.
- Company headquarters: Phoenix, AZ.
- Up to 90% travel for the first six months (4-5 weeks of travel, followed by 1 week off, then another 4-5 weeks of travel, etc.). Travel is Monday-Friday.
- After six months, travel may reduce to 50%.
