What You'll Do 📝
- Review user reports on website content.
- Identify and flag non-compliant content promptly.
- Make informed decisions based on established policies.
- Find solutions to improve community support.
- Review potentially sensitive content.
What We're Looking For 👀
- Fluent in Russian.
- B2 English level.
- 24/7 availability (3 shifts, 7 days a week).
- Portuguese residence permit/EU citizenship.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable and a quick learner.
- Organized with strong time management.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Objective when reviewing diverse video content.
Preferred Experience (Nice-to-have) 👍
While not required, prior experience in content moderation or online safety would be a plus.
