As a VIP Host, you'll nurture and develop relationships with our most engaged players. You'll be executing the daily strategies of our top-tier VIP engagement program to genuinely understand their needs and foster lasting loyalty. You'll play a vital part in delivering a world-class experience that builds strong brand advocacy.
What You'll Do
- Generate new revenue by building strong, authentic relationships with players.
- Manage every aspect of player relationships through local events, regular communication, and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and proactively suggest new games, promotions, and channels to players.
- Drive player engagement through reactivation efforts.
- Gather player feedback to enhance our platform and spot opportunities for improvement.
- Adhere to all VIP policies, including responsible gaming guidelines.
What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: The US base salary range for this full-time role is $60,800.00 - $76,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable.
