Responsibilities

  • Maintain an organized Google Calendar.
  • Set up meetings with people inside and outside of the Payette Forward organization.
  • Sort through contact forms and respond as necessary.
  • Check emails and organize inboxes.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Maintain our calendar.
  • Stay in touch with readers who submit contact forms.
  • Perform daily maintenance and data entry on our spreadsheets.
  • Moderate comments on our social media accounts.
  • Research social forums for new article ideas.
  • Post our content on social forums.

Requirements

  • Ability to write in friendly, conversational English.
  • Ability to use proper spelling and grammar.
  • Ability to write with attention to detail in your own unique voice.
  • Ability to create and organize Google Drive and Google Calendar.
  • Ability to sort and organize Gmail inboxes.
  • Expertise in customer service.
  • Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar.
  • Some knowledge of online sales.
  • All employees are required to participate in weekly video chats.
  • All employees are required to install time tracking software on their computers.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with iPhones is a big plus.
  • Experience with WordPress is a big plus.
  • Experience with Shopify is a big plus.
  • Experience with social media management is a big plus.
