Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized Google Calendar.
- Set up meetings with people inside and outside of the Payette Forward organization.
- Sort through contact forms and respond as necessary.
- Check emails and organize inboxes.
- Schedule appointments.
- Maintain our calendar.
- Stay in touch with readers who submit contact forms.
- Perform daily maintenance and data entry on our spreadsheets.
- Moderate comments on our social media accounts.
- Research social forums for new article ideas.
- Post our content on social forums.
Requirements
- Ability to write in friendly, conversational English.
- Ability to use proper spelling and grammar.
- Ability to write with attention to detail in your own unique voice.
- Ability to create and organize Google Drive and Google Calendar.
- Ability to sort and organize Gmail inboxes.
- Expertise in customer service.
- Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat.
- Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar.
- Some knowledge of online sales.
- All employees are required to participate in weekly video chats.
- All employees are required to install time tracking software on their computers.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with iPhones is a big plus.
- Experience with WordPress is a big plus.
- Experience with Shopify is a big plus.
- Experience with social media management is a big plus.
