What You'll Do

  • 🗓️ Manage busy schedules
  • ✈️ Plan and coordinate travel
  • 💼 Provide administrative support
  • 🔒 Handle confidential information with discretion
  • 📑 Organize meetings and summits
  • 📞 Screen phone calls, prepare correspondence and documents
  • 💰 Process bills and keep records
  • 🏃‍♀️ Run errands as needed
  • 📝 Create and maintain to-do lists and action items
  • 📈 Be comfortable with Chief of Staff and/or Project Management duties
  • 📦 Be comfortable with procurement and/or logistics duties

What We're Looking For

  • 💪 Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant (BPO experience is a plus)
  • 🗣️ Excellent command of English
  • 🧠 Strong judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
  • 💻 Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • 🖥️ Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • ⏰ Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • 🔎 Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • 💬 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 🗃️ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • 🌐 Wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)
