The Role:

This is a remote, independent contractor position, perfect for those seeking part-time or full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling. You'll provide life insurance information and quotes to pre-qualified leads—no cold calling or pressuring friends and family!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide life insurance information and quotes to pre-screened leads.
  • Follow established sales processes and training materials.
  • Maintain accurate records and track progress.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
  • Manage your own schedule and workload effectively.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to work hard and invest in your business. This is a results-oriented role requiring dedication and commitment.
  • Coachability: A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt are essential.
  • Strong communication skills: You'll be interacting with clients via phone, so clear and professional communication is key.
  • Self-motivation: Success in this role requires self-discipline and the ability to work independently.
  • Licensed Life and Health Agents preferred, but not required. We can assist with the licensing process for unlicensed individuals.

Preferred Experience:

While no prior experience is necessary, experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
