We're seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our University Relations team at Headquarters. You'll be responsible for connecting with top talent at universities across the globe, fostering relationships with academic institutions, and building a pipeline of future leaders for Marriott.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent from universities.
- Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
- Host on-campus events and career fairs to promote Marriott opportunities.
- Manage the University Relations internship program.
- Develop and deliver presentations about Marriott to university students.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and recruit top talent.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
