The Role 💼

As VP, National Correspondent Account Executive (NAE), you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with correspondent customers who sell loan production to Radian Mortgage Capital (RMC). This is a 100% remote position offering flexibility to work from anywhere, with the option to work on-site at a Radian office if desired.

What You'll Do 🎯

• Demonstrate expertise in RMC Seller approval, loan programs, products, pricing, and company lending policies.
• Source and pre-qualify potential customers, providing follow-up during onboarding.
• Sell RMC features and benefits, facilitating the completion of Seller approval applications.
• Assist Sellers with pricing and loan submission processes.
• Solicit and provide feedback on pricing to capital markets.
• Liaise between Sellers and the internal RMC team for timely loan purchases.
• Monitor customer loan production to meet departmental goals.
• Maintain opportunities, progress, and notes in Salesforce.
• Provide weekly highlight reports to upper management.
• Participate in bi-weekly RMC calls and monthly business updates.

What We're Looking For 🤔

• Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 10 years of relevant experience. Comprehensive knowledge of the mortgage industry, capital markets, credit/risk, and sales. Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
• Preferred: Strong teamwork skills, high intellect, emotional maturity, and advanced communication (written and presentation) skills.
