The Role 💧

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Southern California team, delivering high-quality water and wastewater engineering services to municipal clients. As a Project Manager, you'll lead teams through all project phases, from planning and design to construction and operations. You'll mentor staff, support clients, and collaborate with our integrated teams (electrical, structural, CAD, operations, and SCADA). You'll also contribute to our continuous improvement programs.

What You'll Do:

• Manage projects of all sizes.
• Collaborate with Technical Managers to lead project technical delivery.
• Create and deliver presentations to internal/external clients and professional associations.
• Support business development efforts, providing technical guidance to clients.

What You'll Need:

• Experience: 10-15 years in engineering.
• Education: B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering (M.S. preferred).
• License: Registered Professional Engineer in California.
• Expertise: Technical and project delivery expertise in civil and environmental engineering, with a deep understanding of municipal water and wastewater systems (water supply, treatment, distribution, and collection).
• Knowledge: State bidding laws, funding programs, and the latest technological advances and regulatory trends.
• Skills: Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.

Location & Compensation:

• Location: Southern California (Los Angeles, Irvine, or San Diego). Hybrid work option available.
• Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 annually (range varies based on location and experience). See below for location-specific salary ranges.
  • San Diego, CA: $130,000 - $150,000
  • Los Angeles, CA: $140,000 - $160,000
