🎯 Purpose
This role is the main point of contact for supporting, administering, and maintaining our web and middleware infrastructure, along with its dependencies.
🛠️ What You'll Do
- Perform daily support, administration, and maintenance of our infrastructure.
- Lead infrastructure changes and implementations.
- Serve as the technical implementation lead for application projects.
- Be the central contact for international projects during the T&T phase.
- Develop infrastructure and application migration project concepts.
- Technologically implement applications and databases.
- Define service requests related to applications and databases.
🧠 What We're Looking For

Working knowledge of Linux or Windows Server (knowing both is a plus).

Basic knowledge of web and common application servers and modern 3-tier Java applications.

Knowledge of middleware applications like JBoss App Server, Tomcat, or WebSphere.

Experience in database administration (Oracle DB and/or MSSQL and/or PostgreSQL/FEP).

Understanding of LDAP, networks, and certificates.

Understanding of the infrastructure relationship in complex application setups (VLAN, Storage, Firewall, Backup, Monitoring, Hardening).

Experience in hybrid infrastructure environments (Azure, AWS, and on-prem or HCI) would be great.

Significant experience in planning and implementing applications in a Managed Service Provider environment.

Communication skills internally and externally.

Coordination skills to guide internal infrastructure teams.

Experience with ITIL processes.

Willingness to explore opportunities beyond borders.

Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proactive, open-minded, and eager to learn.
- Analytical skills.

Communication skills in English. German is beneficial (not required) due to direct customer contact.
