We're looking for a Web Experience QA Engineer to join our team in Lisbon!

🚀 The Role:

As a Web Experience QA Engineer, you'll be a key player in ensuring our websites provide a top-notch user experience. You'll work with developers, designers, and marketers, rigorously testing our web applications for functionality, usability, and performance. You'll implement best practices and drive test automation, aligning with marketing goals and ensuring quality and conversion.

🎯 What You'll Do:

  • Write and implement front-end automated and manual test cases.
  • Identify user journey drop-offs and collaborate with developers, UX designers, marketers, and CRO specialists to improve user conversion flows.
  • Research, recommend, and implement tools to enhance web experience automation testing.
  • Plan, create, and execute test cases, verifying results against performance, technical, and functional requirements.
  • Establish and maintain a systematic approach to product quality assurance.
  • Conduct manual or automated functional and cross-device/cross-browser testing.

💪 What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on software QA/testing experience.
  • Proficiency in manual and automation testing.
  • Experience with plain JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with tracking and analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Similarweb, Amplitude, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, development methodologies, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proactive and open-minded attitude.
  • Experience in web editing, web development, and quality assurance (beneficial).
  • Experience in marketing or conversion rate optimization (a plus).
