The B2B Team

  • The B2B team’s mission is to develop and grow Joko’s merchant network and available offers.
  • The B2B team is divided between three business lines: Online, Card-Linked, and Gift Cards.
  • For Card-Linked, Account Executives are in charge of signing Enterprise deals with top-tier retailers with physical stores, and Account Managers grow these long-lasting partnerships.
  • Led by Nicolas, our CRO, we are a vibrant team full of energy, working closely with other teams.
  • We manage millions of euros contracts thanks to our outstanding team members and a deep sense of camaraderie.

Responsibilities

  • Work on a complete sales cycle to sell our Card-Linked solution to Enterprise prospects.
  • Build and develop relationships in the Marketing space with C-suite decision makers (CEO, CMOs…) to become their trusted advisor.
  • Analyze payment data and produce qualitative insights to tailor deals and offer strategic support to C-levels.
  • Participate in offline events (One-to-One Monaco…) to develop your network in the Retail and Tech industries.
  • Close commercial partnerships with Enterprise accounts in the Retail space.
  • Participate in improving the sales knowledge, tools stack, processes, commercial approaches, onboarding, and KPIs monitoring.

Requirements

  • 3-7+ years of closing experience in the B2B environment.
  • Proven track record in reaching objectives and generating pipeline.
  • Energy: Thrives on connecting with new people, with strength in active listening and crafting solutions to tackle challenges.
  • Mindset: Ambitious, likes trying new things, does not take self too seriously, takes risks, learns from failures, and celebrates wins.
  • Values: Team player, works with integrity and transparency, humble, and never stops learning.
  • Autonomy: Sets the bar high and gets things done.
  • Hard skills: Great communication skills coupled with a strong analytical approach.
  • Fluent in French and English both written and spoken.
  • Education: Graduated from a top engineering or business school.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Mastering MEDDIC is a plus.

  • Step 2 – Role-specific assessments: Take-home case study followed by a 45 min debrief. We assess both your output and how you think in real time. The exercise will be relevant to the role (e.g. analysis, strategy, or process design).
  • Step 3 – Founders interview (45 min): Conversation with two of our founders.
  • References: Up to five calls with former colleagues or managers.
