Job Description
- Join the Xplor Pay Field Integrated Solutions Team as an Account Executive (AE) to make a real difference every day.
- Reporting to the Director, Field Integrated Solutions (FIP), you will be the front line of organizational growth.
- Through persistence, resilience, and passion, AEs drive business by following up with and engaging potential prospects, building relationships, and closing product sales.
- The role focuses on all stages of the sales process, from prospecting through full discovery and performing virtual demonstrations of various software products.
- This role requires a small amount of outbound prospecting while managing high-value inbound opportunities by working with other AEs selling in specific vertical markets.
- You will contact potential customer leads, gather data, and offer solutions using consultative sales methods to get them ready to sign up for solutions and processing.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Give virtual demonstrations to prospects that are custom-made based on their specific needs and priorities.
- Think strategically and adjust the sales approach, using existing assets and matching them to customer challenges.
- Keep in-depth knowledge of the products and what they offer.
- Generate new business chances, including prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, negotiating, and closing.
- Find and confirm sales chances and drive engagement after demonstrations to close business.
- Work with Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Product Managers, Sales Success, and Marketing to support your efforts and get support in return.
- Develop warm leads to start new talks with prospects and schedule discovery calls to see if there is a fit between the offering and prospect needs.
- Build relationships with new people through phone, email, professional networking, and social media.
- Think creatively and systematically to find possible improvements to the sales approach and present new ideas to try so processes and results can be continuously improved.
- Keep deep market knowledge, staying current on industry trends and the competitive situation.
- Consistently meet monthly booking number goals as assigned.
- Do other related tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
- 2 years of SaaS environment and/or related sales experience.
- 2 years of experience working in Salesforce.com or other CRM experience.
- High School Diploma is required; a College Degree is preferred.
- Skill in using Microsoft Office, the Internet, and basic math skills.

- Proven track record of success in a SaaS environment.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality, competitive drive, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- Skilled in prospecting, online research, and giving virtual product demonstrations.
- Ability to organize tasks, take initiative, set priorities, and manage time well.
- Experience being held to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/Targets and doing better than them.
- Have a strong interest in Fintech.
- Effective speaking skills to gain the trust and interest of contacts over the phone.

- Optimistic, outgoing, and persistent with a friendly personality.

Salary
- This position is eligible for a base salary of $50,000 USD.
- This role is eligible for a commission plan.
Location
- This is a 100% remote position available to candidates located in the U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
