What you will do
- KYC/KYB verification and security clearance of new customers.
- Provide professional technical support for existing or new customers.
- Develop and strengthen great relationships with customers.
- Communicate with various types of companies, people, and cultures (customers from all over the world).
- Take part in creating technical documentation, knowledge base, and troubleshooting documentation for internal and external purposes.
- Contribute to the continuous growth of the team.

- You are fluent in English.
- You have experience in KYC/KYB, compliance, anti-fraud, documents/accounts verification, registrations, or any other relevant field.

Salary
$800 gross/month
Working Hours
8:30 AM - 9 PM CET / 8:30 PM - 4 AM Manila Time.
Working time is divided unequally into short and long weeks:
- Long weeks: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (2 long weeks per month).
- Short weeks: Wednesday & Thursday (resulting in 5 days off during short weeks; 2 short weeks per month).
