Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and setup of AI-driven marketing analytics solutions across the consumer credit lifecycle (prospecting, acquisition, portfolio management).
- Build and adjust agentic AI solutions using the best coding languages and packages, directly helping develop intelligent agents for marketing decision-making and adjustment.
- Champion the use of agentic AI intelligence to make campaign targeting, personalization, and adjustment better.
- Drive the development of new analytical products and services, using Big Data platforms and cloud-based systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert on credit bureau data, marketing attribution, and predictive modeling in consumer lending.
- Encourage a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Work with people in Marketing, Product, and Technology to make sure analytics efforts match business goals.
- Oversee the setup and checking of machine learning models in live systems, making sure they perform well, follow rules, and can grow.
- Drive the development of new analytical products and services, using Big Data platforms and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Present ideas, strategies, and suggestions to senior leaders and outside clients.
- Change business needs into practical AI solutions, balancing new ideas with what can actually be done in operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven skill in marketing analytics within consumer lending or financial services.
- Hands-on skill in building agentic AI systems, with real experience applying these methods to marketing analytics or consumer lending situations.
- Advanced skill in Python, Spark, and modern AI agent frameworks, with a record of agent-based solutions you have set up.
- 8 or more years of experience in data science or analytics.
- 2 or more years in a leadership role.
