As a Customer Success Manager, you will advise finance professionals from middle management through the C-suite, customize their Datarails platform, and train them on product updates.

This position is 100% remote, based anywhere in the UK. No sponsorship or relocation help is available.

Responsibilities

  • Understand current client situations, helping to simplify models and existing data.
  • Create a detailed business analysis, showing problems, chances, and solutions for our customers by successfully advising on budgeting and forecasting, planning and monitoring, financial modeling, standard reporting, and more.
  • Manage, read, and check all data produced by the customer, keeping the focus on making the quality of customer care better.
  • Give suggestions for possible process changes to help make current procedures more effective to support getting the best results.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with customers, gather needs, and follow through with the necessary financial reporting support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, or a similar customer-facing role, and a background in finance or accounting.
  • Deep knowledge and solid experience in advanced Excel functions, including formulas, Vlookup, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex models.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. This role involves creating and managing business relationships with CFOs, VPs, and Directors of Finance, and other customers from top US companies, requiring the ability to have professional talks, manage expectations, and guide customers to a good result.
  • Comfortable with upselling and renewal discussions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
