Role Overview

Drive enterprise-wide automation transformation by designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions that deliver measurable business value. Lead journeys from process discovery to production deployment, combining RPA, AI, and integration technologies to transform how we operate.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Strategy & Delivery

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across the organization.
• Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions from concept to production.
• Build hyper-automation solutions combining RPA, AI, and intelligent document processing.
• Make sure all automation initiatives are scalable, reliable, and provide a good return on investment (ROI).

AI & Innovation

• Deploy AI/ML solutions for knowledge work augmentation.
• Implement intelligent document processing for structured and unstructured data.
• Make sure there is proper governance, security, and compliance for AI implementations.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging automation technologies.

Integration & Operations

• Design easy integrations between automated processes and enterprise systems.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and performance adjustment.
• Create reusable frameworks and components for fast deployment.
• Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships.

Leadership & Enablement

• Discuss and define automation standards, recommended approaches, and governance frameworks.
• Drive change management and stakeholder adoption.
• Enable and support leadership to drive the department’s workload.
• Measure and communicate automation value and benefits.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 3+ years in enterprise automation, RPA, or AI/ML implementations.
• Over 2 years of experience in designing and developing practical solutions using Agentic and Multi-Agent AI frameworks.
• Proven track record of delivering production automation at scale.
• Experience establishing automation programs or CoEs (Centers of Excellence).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable business value (cost savings, efficiency gains).
• 4-6 years of relevant experience.

• Strong technical background with hands-on implementation capability.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science.
• Relevant automation, cloud, or architecture certifications are preferred.

• RPA Platforms: Power Automate and UiPath.
• Workflow Orchestration: Power Automate, Camunda, Airflow, or similar.
• Low-Code / No-Code Application: PowerApps, Zoho Creator, or similar.
• Business Automation: Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
• Voice Agents: VAPI, PolyAI, or similar.
• Programming Languages: Python, Bash or similar.
• AI & Machine Learning:
  • Frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow or Hugging Face.
  • LLM Platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar.
  • Basic implementation and integration of AI/ML models.
• Integration & APIs: REST, GraphQL, Webhooks.
• iPaaS tools: Boomi to Workato, or similar.
• Databases: SQL, PL SQL and NoSQL fundamentals.
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or similar.
• Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, or similar.
• CI/CD & Version Control: GitHub Actions.
• Testing: Unit and integration testing practices.
