Business Analyst - Integration – Remote (Bangalore/Delhi/Chennai/Mumbai) | 10-12 LPA

Role

We are looking for Business Analysts with strong organizational, management, and problem-solving skills. We are seeking a high level of motivation, a self-starter attitude, and the ability to work with minimal direction and supervision. The ideal candidate will drive the business requirements for various clients and play a key role in making sure that our product implementations match client expectations. This role offers many chances to work with some of the best blue-chip companies in the Supply Chain domain.

Responsibilities

• Own integration projects end-to-end—from understanding client needs to making sure the integration is live and running smoothly.
• Work closely with our clients to analyze existing systems and suggest smarter workflows using APIs, automation scripts, or integration platforms.
• Lead requirement gathering calls with clients and turn their business needs into technical documents that lead to action.
• Design "To-Be" workflows and integration flows that map perfectly to SuperProcure’s capabilities.
• Work with solution architects and developers to bring integration designs to life, including API mapping, data transformation, and trigger logic.
• Write functional specifications, guide UAT testing, and make sure data is accurate and handoffs are smooth.
• Deliver training to users and support the change management process.
• Keep projects on track by helping the Project Manager with scope definition, planning, and coordination.
• Work across teams—delivery, product, tech, and customer success—to make sure every implementation delivers value.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent. MBA or post-grad is a bonus.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Integration Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience working with REST APIs—understanding request or response formats (JSON or XML), authentication, etc.
• Familiarity with integration tools like Postman, Zapier, Boomi, etc.
• Experience working with ERP or logistics platforms (SAP, TMS, etc.) is a big plus.
• Strong communication skills—both for client interactions and internal collaboration.
• Willingness to travel to client sites when needed.
