Position Summary

As a Guest Service Support Expert, you'll take the lead and deliver a wide array of services to ensure food and beverage operations run without issues. This includes setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies.

Success in this role depends on creating a safe workplace, following company policies, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring professional appearance and communication. You will be on your feet, managing the menu, and taking a hands-on approach to work.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
  • Read and visually verify menu information.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects (up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance).
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: No related work experience. Previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred.
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
  • License or Certification: None
