Position Summary

As a Guest Service Expert, you'll take initiative and deliver a wide array of services to ensure guests enjoy their meal. This includes setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting with and serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas.
Success in this role depends on creating a safe workplace, following company policies, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring professional appearance and communication. You will be on your feet, managing the menu, and taking a hands-on approach to work.
