π About the Role
This is a hybrid role based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our channel partners, driving sales growth, and strengthening Jolera's brand presence.
What You'll Do:
- π€ Manage and grow relationships with channel partners (MSPs, integrators, distributors, resellers).
- π‘ Identify and develop new business opportunities within the reseller ecosystem.
- π Track partner performance, ensuring retention and sales growth.
- π£οΈ Present and promote Jolera's IT Support, Managed IT, and Cybersecurity services to partners.
- π€ Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, technical support) to develop sales strategies.
- π Oversee sales processes, from proposals and negotiations to contract closure.
- πΌ Participate in events, training, and strategic meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- π§ Monitor industry trends and competitors, suggesting improvements and innovations.
What We're Looking For:
- πΌ Proven experience in sales and channel partner management (IT, cybersecurity, or managed services preferred).
- π£οΈ Excellent negotiation skills and a strong business development mindset.
- π§ Knowledge of the Managed Services and Cybersecurity market is a plus.
- π€ Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- πͺ Proactive, resilient, and self-motivated individual.
- π£οΈ Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
