Responsibilities
- Inspect, clean, lubricate, and calibrate HVAC systems, including air handlers, boilers, and chillers.
- Diagnose issues and perform minor repairs, assisting with complex repairs as needed.
- Record all maintenance activities using a company iPad or iPhone.
- Advise clients on system efficiency and provide customer service.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company standards.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of HVAC experience.
- Must possess EPA Certification.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must pass drug and background checks.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Willingness to work in confined spaces and wear required PPE.
- Must possess hand tools, drills, Sawzall, manometer, multimeter, and refrigerant gauges.
- Flexibility for overtime and regional travel is required.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Completion of an HVAC apprenticeship or technical training program.
Salary
- $25–$35 per hour ($52,000–$72,800 annually) plus overtime opportunities.
