Responsibilities:
- 📝 Content Creation & Editing: Write, edit, and proofread articles, blog posts, images, and videos.
- 🤝 Team Collaboration: Work with writers, designers, and email specialists to create a cohesive content strategy.
- 💡 Strategy Development: Formulate and implement a cross-platform content strategy.
- 🧠 Idea Generation: Brainstorm with the team to develop fresh, engaging content ideas.
- 📈 Social Media Growth: Build and manage our social media presence.
- 🛠️ Technical Support: Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members.
- 📊 Analytics Tracking: Monitor web analytics to measure content engagement and effectiveness.
- 🌐 Content Management: Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media.
What We're Looking For:
- 🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 💼 Experience: 3-4 years of agency experience or a similar role.
- 🔑 SEO Skills: Strong understanding of keyword placement and SEO best practices.
- 🗣️ Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 💻 Technical Skills: Highly computer literate with advanced HTML knowledge and proficiency in popular CMS platforms.
- 📱 Social Media Expertise: Experience managing social media accounts.
