About the Role
ClinicMind is looking for a Content Specialist to create high-quality, strategic content that drives our lead generation and makes ClinicMind stronger as the all-in-one platform for growing healthcare practices.
You will be in charge of creating marketing materials—from white papers and guides to workshops and videos—meant to attract, teach, and convert healthcare providers who are looking at ClinicMind’s solutions. This role mixes creativity, strategy, and thinking focused on results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop content that shows clear value (white papers, guides, downloads) to support inbound and nurture campaigns.
  • Design and manage self-guided workshops and educational materials that help prospects and customers connect with ClinicMind’s platform.
  • Work with others on video content such as explainers, case studies, webinars, and product walkthroughs.
  • Make sure all materials show ClinicMind’s brand voice—one that is trusted, smart, and like a mentor.
  • Work with product, sales, and marketing teams to find where content is missing and match messages with business goals.
  • Stay informed about product changes and new features, developing expert knowledge to share them clearly and well.
  • Track how content performs and constantly adjust it for better lead generation and conversion.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing or demand generation, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology.
  • A proven history of creating high-performing content that leads to measurable pipeline or lead results.
  • Must share a portfolio of marketing materials created, along with examples of how each was used to create leads or give measurable results.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across many formats and channels.
  • Comfortable working with subject-matter experts, designers, and video editors.
  • Must be able to overlap with U.S. working hours.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in healthcare, EHR, or medical billing software.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted writing and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience running or supporting campaigns through HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
