David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a top Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to find an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative for their Lisbon team.

The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer interactions through various channels, providing information and support while adhering to company policies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Provide accurate information based on company policies.
- Assist with general questions, product/service information, and basic technical support.
- Document case details accurately in the systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer concerns.
- Manage a personal queue of service tickets and prioritize tasks.
- Offer feedback to improve service processes and share knowledge.
Requirements (What Weโre Looking For):
- Language Skills: Native/fluent Italian (C2) and fluent English (minimum B2 level).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills across platforms.
- Customer Service Knowledge: Basic understanding of customer service principles.
- Technical Skills: Ability to handle technical inquiries and troubleshoot common issues.
- Software Experience: Experience with customer service software, ticketing systems, or CRM tools is preferred.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Effective problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Employment Type: Fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract
Remuneration: Base salary
Working Schedule: Shift rotation, Monday to Friday: 07:30AM-8PM
