The Role
We are looking for an Amazing Senior Java Developer to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java-based applications.
- Design and implement microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
- Use version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).
- Utilize containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Lead projects and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
- Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).
- CPLP nationality or EU work permit required.
- Based in Lisbon.
Nice-to-have
- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Fluency in French.
