About the Role

Our Consumer & Marketing Insights (CMI) Department enables clients to make data-driven decisions to help them grow. We listen to their needs, establish research strategies, and provide relevant insights and recommendations, while keeping the time investment for our clients at a low level by supporting them in all their decision-making.

We are looking for a person that is passionate about all aspects of (market) research and throws themselves completely into performing a project from beginning to end. You understand what our clients require insights on and perform just the right analyses to deliver clear action points to them. You do so in collaboration with other team members throughout the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Run projects smoothly, from questionnaire and quotas to material updates and fieldwork follow-ups.
  • Make data weighting decisions.
  • Update report templates.
  • Coordinate with the report automation team for performing updates.
  • Run report automation.
  • Analyze reports.
  • Coordinate the involvement of internal teams (Project Management, Marketing Science, IT Development...).
  • Be a daily contact point with the client.

Who You Are

  • Client-facing, positive, and comfortable, with clear and assertive communication (both verbally and in writing).
  • Natural positiveness, openness, while being people-caring.
  • Eagerness to learn and to develop aptitude on advanced market research topics & projects.

Required Skills and Experience

  • A maximum of 2 years of experience in consumer research or custom research, quantitative research, with data usage, experience in working with questionnaires, client-facing experience.
  • Brand Tracking proven expertise, and interest in all methodologies (consumer, advertising, behavioral research, qualitative…).
  • Global or Multi-country projects key experience ideally.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint usage and affinity.
  • Organizational skills to manage research projects, meeting deadlines and budgeted time.
  • Fluent in English.
