Responsibilities

  • Own the customer relationship and lead all business efforts for the assigned group of accounts after the sale.
  • Take full responsibility for the renewal and growth of your customers.
  • Act as the subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the customer, giving guidance on Sensi’s recommended approaches and their overall care operation.
  • Find and encourage chances for product use and growth.
  • Lead virtual and in-person executive business reviews with customers.
  • Manage customer setup along with the clinical enablement and implementation teams.
  • Build a level of trust and honesty with clients that turns new customers into supporters and people who can speak for Sensi.
  • Speak up for customers internally by working with engineering, product, and support to guide the Sensi plan on their behalf.

Requirements

  • 4 plus years of customer-facing experience in customer success and account management roles.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • You do well when you own your accounts and will be confident being measured and paid based on key numbers like renewals, selling more, and product use.
  • A great relationship builder who has a strong sense of empathy and urgency regarding all customer issues.
  • Ability to turn data and stories into a clear picture of value and take the next steps in creating and showing these stories to executive-level people.
  • Technical skill and a desire to become an expert in the Sensi product and the homecare industry generally.
  • The successful candidate must have excellent people skills and be a strong communicator able to work well under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Prior experience in a clinical, health, or home care setting is highly desired.

Location

  • Based in Austin, TX, with a hybrid work setup.
