Responsibilities
- Own the customer relationship and lead all business efforts for the assigned group of accounts after the sale.
- Take full responsibility for the renewal and growth of your customers.
- Act as the subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the customer, giving guidance on Sensi’s recommended approaches and their overall care operation.
- Find and encourage chances for product use and growth.
- Lead virtual and in-person executive business reviews with customers.
- Manage customer setup along with the clinical enablement and implementation teams.
- Build a level of trust and honesty with clients that turns new customers into supporters and people who can speak for Sensi.
- Speak up for customers internally by working with engineering, product, and support to guide the Sensi plan on their behalf.
Requirements
- 4 plus years of customer-facing experience in customer success and account management roles.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- You do well when you own your accounts and will be confident being measured and paid based on key numbers like renewals, selling more, and product use.
- A great relationship builder who has a strong sense of empathy and urgency regarding all customer issues.
- Ability to turn data and stories into a clear picture of value and take the next steps in creating and showing these stories to executive-level people.
- Technical skill and a desire to become an expert in the Sensi product and the homecare industry generally.
- The successful candidate must have excellent people skills and be a strong communicator able to work well under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Prior experience in a clinical, health, or home care setting is highly desired.
