The Role

As a Customer Success Onboarding Specialist, your main goal will be to provide outstanding service to our customers, serving as their first point of contact. You'll assess their needs, guide them through the onboarding process, and train them to become expert Pemo users.

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during their onboarding, ensuring a smooth and timely transition to our software.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and goals to improve and streamline our onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, customer success, and product) to gather information about the customer journey and ensure streamlined handovers.
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities with customers, such as account setup.
  • Take a proactive approach to onboarding by asking questions to understand customer goals, concerns, and expectations.
  • Provide consultative advice and act as a trusted advisor, offering recommendations and data-driven insights to optimize their experience.
