What You'll Do as a Customer Success Manager

  • Build a trusted relationship with our clients, acting as their main contact at Maker.
  • Coordinate setup, onboarding, and training to make sure communication between the client and the Maker team is smooth.
  • Develop and carry out CRO strategies by looking at customer data, finding conversion slowdowns, and suggesting adjustments.
  • Watch key performance numbers related to conversion rates, engagement, and retention, and give ideas to improve digital experiences on customer websites.
  • Set up and use A/B testing and experimentation to help clients adjust web content for better user engagement and higher conversions.
  • Talk with our clients across many channels, like Slack, Zoom, Intercom, etc.
  • Manage account escalations strategically and provide quick fixes.
  • Adjust current business processes and work on customer success projects to improve retention.
  • Find chances for upselling and cross-selling, making customer experience better and getting the most ROI through better engagement strategies.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of proven Customer Success experience working in a SaaS or a Martech company.
  • Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to look at data using tools like GA4 or similar tools.
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO, or other CRO tools is highly preferred.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify is a plus.

Timings

  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 7 PM.
  • Fully remote role / Work from home.
