Current Opening:
We are looking for a competitive, innovative, and driven individual to join our Customer Success Team as an Associate – Customer Success upon successfully completing our Internship & traineeship program. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Customer Success, Product, and Engineering—to transform insights into impactful product features and solutions.

What You Will Do:

  • Speak with Spanish & English-speaking Customers.
  • Handle client queries via text and video calls.
  • Understand and convey customer needs to the team.
  • Solve user challenges, providing solutions or workarounds.
  • Uphold communication guidelines and procedures.
  • Build and nurture client relationships.
  • Continuously strive for exceptional service delivery.

Internship & Traineeship Details:

  • Traineeship Program (6 months): USD 540/month working 42.5 hours per week.
  • Post-Training (Full-Time) Annual Salary: USD 12,000 (Base Salary) + USD 2,400 (Performance Variable) working 42.5 hours per week.
