Your New Role

Using the tools from our initial training, you will handle customer requests by answering incoming calls.

• Answer customer requests effectively and promptly, ensuring high-quality service.
• Provide product and tool support to improve customer experiences.
• Handle administrative tasks: documentation management and database updating.

What You Need to Succeed

• Fluent or bilingual in Danish and English.
• Computer skills (easily navigate different software programs).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (comfortable communicating with customers using several channels).
• Ability to multitask and work independently, while being a team player.
