Draw Inspections Quality Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of inspection reports submitted by inspection companies to verify accuracy and quality by confirming that all report requirements are met.
• Ensure that reports are reviewed within SLA and meet targets on quality standards.
• Meet productivity targets.
• Provide timely communication with stakeholders while inspections are being reviewed.
• Proactively anticipate stakeholder needs and make recommendations as appropriate, collaborating with other teams in the company to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Handle escalations regarding quality and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and improve quality control documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on changes to industry standards, company policies, and lender guidelines.
• May assist with other functions in the department as needed.

Requirements

• Familiarity with quality control principles and practices.
• Excellent understanding of construction stages, trades, and terminology.
• Software experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Has customer service experience with business clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Work Schedule 8-5 pm EST.
• Must reside in one of the following states: VA, FL, NC, and MD, EST timezone.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with construction lending is a plus.

Salary

• $22-25/hour

Location

• Remote within VA, FL, NC, and MD (EST timezone required).
