The Role: 🎉
This is a full-time, permanent position for a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant. You'll be a key player in a dynamic consultancy services team, working on end-to-end implementation projects. The work model is hybrid, based in Sliema, Malta.
Responsibilities: 💼
- Champion functional best practices with Microsoft solutions.
- Stay current with Microsoft ERP/CRM product roadmaps and future releases.
- Lead D365 implementation projects (design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, post-go-live support).
- Ensure alignment with the firm's ISMP (Information Security Management Process).
- Design and configure sector-specific templates to enhance Dynamics functionality.
- Contribute to data migration strategy and design.
- Participate in interface and integration work.
- Ensure pre-sales engagements are delivered with high quality.
- Define training needs and coach team members.
- Deliver consultancy according to the company's project methodology.
- Meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Identify and mitigate business/project risks.
- Communicate progress updates to relevant parties.
- Identify practice development activities and contribute to their delivery.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
- Adhere to company Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP).
Requirements: 🤔
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in a professional services/consulting firm.
- Experience working with offshore teams.
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Exceptional understanding of Microsoft ERP/CRM functional capabilities.
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies, integration tools, Power Platform, and automated testing tools (e.g., RSAT).
- Broad understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience leading multiple end-to-end projects in a functional capacity.
- Proven ability to demonstrate powered assets and contribute to pre-sales activities.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills (additional languages are a plus).
- Deep and broad knowledge of Dynamics 365 functional capabilities (relevant certifications required).
- Exceptional knowledge of Finance core concepts and processes (Enterprise Structure, General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Reporting).
- Awareness of latest Microsoft features and ISVs integrable with F&O.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, client relationship management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
