This is a full-time, remote Senior Sales Manager position. You'll be a key player in driving growth by acquiring and managing key clients and partnerships. We're looking for a self-driven, results-oriented professional with a proven track record in sales, especially within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry. Passion for crypto is a must!
What You'll Do:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Identify, engage, and convert potential clients and institutional partners to boost revenue. Develop and implement winning sales strategies to smash targets.
- Market Development: Explore new avenues to expand our client's presence in the crypto and blockchain world. Build strong relationships with high-value clients and partners for long-term success.
- Client Relationship Management: Be the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and providing top-notch customer service. Keep clients happy and coming back!
- Industry Expertise: Share your crypto expertise and offer valuable advice to potential clients. Stay updated on market trends, competitor moves, and new opportunities in the blockchain and cryptocurrency fields.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales numbers, analyze results, and report regularly to leadership. Continuously improve sales strategies based on data and market insights.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Experience: 10+ years of sales experience with a stellar track record in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
- Crypto Savvy: Strong understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the market.
- Sales Skills: Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Drive & Ambition: Highly motivated, self-starter with a passion for success and hitting ambitious sales goals.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; you'll build and maintain strong relationships.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a dynamic team.
- Education: Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not essential.
