πΌ The Role:
- Design and lead Dynamics 365 solution implementations for major national and international clients.
- Collaborate with clients across diverse business sectors.
- Partner with engineering teams, architects, and colleagues across departments throughout project lifecycles.
- Refine requirements and translate them into scalable, sustainable solutions, including technical implementation estimations.
- Conduct and participate in design reviews, code reviews, technical analysis, and performance tuning.
- Stay current on Dynamics 365 and related technology advancements, applying this knowledge to improve solutions.
- Leverage professional development and career advancement opportunities within a supportive environment.
- Coach and mentor fellow engineers and consultants.
π― What We're Looking For:
- Required: Minimum 5 years' experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement apps (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights (Journeys), Field Service), including hands-on experience in customization, development, and support. Familiarity with the latest Dynamics 365 updates and features within the broader Microsoft ecosystem. Deep understanding of Dynamics 365/Dataverse customization and development best practices (C# and JavaScript).
- Preferred: Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (version management and automated deployments). Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, or other Microsoft cloud services. Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform certification. Agile/Scrum methodology experience. Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. Strong organizational and work structuring skills.
