Deine Position

We are looking for an Editorial Content Strategist who writes with passion, develops content strategies, and makes sure our communication is consistent and effective across all channels. In this key role, you will take charge of the strategy and responsibility for our complete content planning, making sure texts, campaigns, and assets are perfectly coordinated along the entire customer journey.

Deine Aufgaben

• Development, setup, and continuous improvement of the content strategy across all channels.
• Create an overview of all ongoing content projects, including prioritization, scheduling, and quality control.
• Write and edit texts and video scripts for campaigns, PR, Social Media, Website, Print, and internal communication.
• Responsibility for the overall Content Guidelines, making sure the tone of voice is consistent externally.
• Coordination of content production for campaigns, management, and final approval of content.
• Close collaboration with PR, Marketing, and Channel Owners to develop coordinated messages.
• Analysis of existing communication channels and projects, evaluation, and potential for improvement.

Dein Profil

• Several years of experience in editorial work, Content Creation, or Corporate Communications.
• Strong writing expertise: you enjoy writing yourself and master different formats (articles, claims, print products, video scripts, campaign texts).
• Feel for language, storytelling, and target audiences.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation.
• Experience in developing and setting up content strategies.
• Organizational strength and project management skills: you confidently coordinate different stakeholders and deadlines.
• Enjoyment of working with creative minds, PR, and our Marketing Team.
• Native-level German plus very good English skills.
