Responsibilities
- Produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model.
- Achieve this through account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, using business development plans, and doing field-based sales activities within a set group of prospects, territory, or vertical.
- Develop relationships with multiple C-suite people, such as the CFO, CIO, COO, and CDO, across all product sales.
- Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team, organizing an account strategy across a large virtual team, including Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing.
- Be a trusted advisor to your customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can help their IT plan.
- Find the right specialist or support resources to bring into a deal, at the right time.
Requirements
- Experience in using or thinking critically about how to bring AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, making workflows automatic, looking at AI-driven information, or exploring AI's possible effect on the function or industry.
- 7+ years of sales experience within a software or solutions sales organization.
- Experience building trusted relationships with current and potential clients and other teams.
- Ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and keep up healthy C-Level relationships.
- Experience achieving sales targets.
- The ability to understand the "bigger picture" and our plans regarding IT.
- Experience promoting a focus on customer success in an environment where the team wins together.
