Role Overview
We are looking for sharp, ambitious Enterprise Account Executives to drive Libra’s growth across Big Law firms and large corporate legal departments in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will sell a top-quality AI platform already trusted by Europe’s most innovative legal teams. Your mission is to bring it to many more.
You will own the full sales cycle, from the first conversation to the signed contract. You will work directly with managing partners, general counsels, and innovation leaders. You will work closely with our Legal Engineering team—lawyers who turn legal expertise into scalable AI solutions—to make sure every engagement delivers maximum value and trust. Together, you will help the most ambitious legal organizations in Europe adopt and scale AI across their workflows.

Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: from outreach and qualification to contract signature.
- Build and manage deep relationships with law firm partners, general counsels, legal operations leaders, and innovation heads.
- Work closely with Legal Engineering to design effective demos, pilots, and AI workflows made for client needs.
- Map complex organizational structures across law firms and corporate legal departments to find high-value use cases.
- Guide multi-stakeholder deals through legal, IT, and procurement processes with accuracy and speed.
- Give strong presentations and business cases that show Libra’s return on investment and strategic effect.
- Send market information and customer feedback directly to Product and Leadership to shape our plan.
- Help create and refine our enterprise sales playbook. We are building this process together.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven record of closing complex, high-value deals.
- Strong business sense and comfort talking with C-level decision-makers in legal, compliance, or operations.
- Experience selling into law firms, legal departments, or other professional-services settings, or the drive to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication, credibility, and storytelling skills. You inspire trust in every conversation.
- A collaborative mindset. You do well working side-by-side with Legal Engineering and Product teams to create custom solutions.
- An entrepreneurial spirit. You are proactive, structured, and motivated by results, not just process.
- Native-level German and fluent English.
- High trust, high urgency, and a real interest in how AI is changing the legal industry.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- A legal background (law degree or law-firm experience) is a strong advantage, especially if you are ready to move from practicing law to changing it.
