The Vista EU Marketing team is looking for a storefront Site Merchandising Manager to be in charge of the EU site merchandising plan, operations, and testing roadmap. Reporting to the EU Head of Marketing, you will drive merchandising skill, with a mindset of testing and learning and strong analysis skills to measure and guide the site experience toward being the best, with a strong focus on personalization and standards that fit the local area. You will work with a cross-functional team reporting to you, and collaborate with many different teams across the business to drive new ideas, personalization, and better processes.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the EU site content merchandising plan for the Homepage, Offers page, and Marketing landing pages. This includes owning the plan's definition and getting input from all relevant people to create a merchandising roadmap.
  • Work with the EU marketing team to support the promotional plan, CRM roadmap, channel needs, and other local efforts and develop their strategic merchandising on site.
  • Own the EU site merchandising experimentation roadmap. You will work closely with global merchandising teams and help define merchandising recommended approaches.
  • Use data to check how site campaigns/placements on owned pages are doing and point out areas for improvement with merchandising and marketing teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of current merchandising abilities and limits.
  • Use data to suggest fixes for customer experience (CX)/marketing problems, build cases for business effect, and partner with global and product teams to influence the roadmap for new features or suggest site functions based on EU needs.
  • Work closely with the global merchandising team and other regional merchandising managers. Take part in creating global structures using local ideas, and question and suggest improvements. You are responsible for making sure global strategic structures and key results are used and delivered locally.
  • Be an active helper in the merchandising change toward personalization on site.
  • Manage a cross-functional team of strategists, project managers, and operations specialists. You are responsible for the team’s success, on-time delivery of projects, flawless running of campaigns, and process improvements.

Your Qualifications

At VistaPrint, we are trying to hire people who bring new ideas and views to our teams and make our culture better. No matter your background or work experience, we strongly encourage you to apply—even if you feel that you do not meet the exact requirements or have the same qualifications. You might be a great candidate for this or other chances.
